How do I register for a Resto.Com account? +
You can register through our app, available on the Play Store and App Store, using your email address or phone number. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.
Can I place food orders through Resto.Com? +
Yes! If a restaurant supports online ordering, you’ll see a “Order Now” button. You can choose to self-pickup or dine in. Please note that we do not offer delivery services.
How do I make a table reservation? +
Visit the restaurant’s profile, click “Reserve Table,” select your preferred date and time, choose your menu, and make payment via the Resto.Com e-wallet. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
Do I have to pay to use Resto.Com? +
No, using Resto.Com is completely free for users. You only pay for the food or services you order or reserve.
How can I find nearby restaurants? +
Enable location access in the app or enter your location manually. You can search based on your current location or by cuisine type.
How can I contact a restaurant? +
Each restaurant page displays contact information and address details. You can also click “Support” for assistance.
Can I leave a review for a restaurant? +
Yes, after completing an order or visit, you can leave a review, rating, upload photos, and share your comments.
Is my payment information secure? +
Absolutely. Resto.Com uses secure payment gateways and encrypted transactions to protect your data. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or internet banking.
What should I do if there’s an issue with my order or reservation? +
You may contact the restaurant directly or reach out to the Resto.Com Support Team through the Help Center in the app. We’re here to assist you promptly.
Does Resto.Com offer rewards or referral programs? +
Yes! We regularly run promotions and referral programs. Stay updated through our app and social media channels.
Which areas in Malaysia are covered? +
We support restaurants across Malaysia, including every state and major city nationwide.
How do I update or cancel an order/reservation? +
Visit the “Support” section in the app, and we’ll assist you in making changes or cancellations, subject to the restaurant’s policies.
